The research progress of community nurse team construction on the perspective of active aging

Abstract：As global aging intensifies and the elderly population continues to grow,communities are increasingly becoming an important support system for seniors to enjoy their later years.In the context of active aging,the importance of developing a strong community nursing workforce has become more prominent.The level of care provided by community nurses will directly impact the health and quality of life of the elderly.The article analyzes the construction status of community nurses from the aspects of human resources,education and training system,professional quality,scientific research level and social support,and gives relevant suggestions,in order to provide a reference for promoting the construction of community nurses.
