Meta-integration of parents'shared decision making experience of children with tumor

Abstract：Objective To analyze the experience of parents'shared decision making in children with tumor,provide reference for medi-cal staff to make intervention plan and promote shared decision making.Methods Literature on shared decision making experience of parents of children with rumor was systematically searched in Cochrane Library,CINAHL,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,PsycINFO,Chinese Bio-medical Literature Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge service Platform,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal database(VIP).The search time range was from the establishment of the database to October 25,2023.In order to en-sure the quality of the literature,the qualitative research quality assessment criteria of the Australian JBI Center for Evidence-Based Health Care(2020 version)were used to evaluate the literature,and the final results were integrated using the convergent synthesis method.Results A total of 6 articles were included,and 25 themes were extracted,divided into 13 categories and grouped into 4 integrated results:the main way of shared decision making,shared decision making distress,actively seeking help in the shared decision making process,shared decision making related emotional experiences.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the shared decision making experience of parents of children with trmor in time,and give adequate psychological support,so as to help parents choose the best treatment plan and im-prove the quality of life of children.
