SWOT analysis of geriatric care teaching reform based on documentary evidence integration under the background of "1+X" certificate system

Abstract：Against the double background of population aging and national vocational education reform,documentary evidence integra-tion was an inevitable choice for fully implementing the"1+X" certificate system,which was an important approach to further deepen reform of the training and evaluation model of geriatric care professionals.The paper analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the practice status of geriatric care teaching reform based on the documentary evidence integration under the background of"1+X" certificate system.In addition,some proposals were offered on the current geriatric care teaching reform based on the documentary evidence integration from multiple perspective,to further improve training quality of geriatric care professionals in China.
