SWOT analysis and coping strategies of tutorial teaching on the training of new nurse leaders

Abstract：As an effective teaching strategy to promote knowledge acquisition and support role transformation,the tutorial teaching has been used for many years,but its application in the training of new nurse leaders were under the exploratory stage.The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of tutorial teaching on the training of new nurse leaders were comprehensively analyzed by SWOT method,to provide reference for the continuous improvement and benign development of the training model of new nurse leaders.
