Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exercise prescription in phase Ⅱ car-diac rehabilitation of patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 142 patients receiving PCI were randomly divided into control group(70 cases)and experimental group(72 cases). The control group was given routine cardiac rehabilitation guidance and routine exercise rehabilitation, and the experimental group was given 6 months TCM exercise prescription rehabilitation training on the ba-sis.The 6 min walking distance, quality of life and incidence of cardiac adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The 6 min walking distance of the experimental group increased at 4 weeks and 6 months after discharge(P<0.01),and the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at 6 months after discharge(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of cardiac adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TCM exercise prescription can improve the exercise endurance and quality of life of patients after PCI,so that patients can benefit safely, and it is worthy of clinical application.
