Construction of the content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients based on Z-R model

Abstract：Objective To construct the content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients based on Z-R model.Methods Based on the literature review and research group discussion to construct the indicator system initially,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 18 experts.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.891.The basis of expert judgment was 0.956,and the familiarity of experts was 0.825.The co-efficient of variation of each item evaluated by experts was＜0.25,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.281～0.579.The data were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Finally,the content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients was formed,including 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators.Conclusion The content indicator system of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients based on Z-R model is scientific and comprehensive,which can provide reference for the standardized implementation of home care service for elderly chronic disease patients,and has good practicability.
