Application effect of"Internet+"home exercise prescription in rehabilitation nursing of postoperative breast cancer patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+"home exercise prescription in rehabilitation nursing of postop-erative breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 117 breast cancer patients treated in the department of breast surgery of a tertiary hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into the control group(59 cases)and the in-tervention group(58 cases)by random number table.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the intervention group implemented 12 week"Internet+"home exercise prescription intervention on the basis of conventional routine nursing.After the intervention,exercise compliance,breast cancer-related upper limb lymphedema and shoulder joint mobility were compared between the two groups.Results The exercise compliance of the patients with 12-week"Internet+"home exercise prescription intervention was better than that of the control group,the incidence of breast cancer-related upper limb lymphedema was lower than that of the control group,and the shoulder joint mobility score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusion The"In-ternet+"home exercise prescription is convenient,intuitive,and highly operable,which is conducive to improving the exercise compliance of home patients after breast cancer surgery,the occurrence of related upper limb lymphedema,and the range of motion of shoulder joint.It is recommended to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
