Construction of the cultivation program for specialist nurses in military cardiothoracic surgery department under the concept of outcome-based education

Abstract：Objective To construct a training program for specialized nurses in military cardiothoracic surgery department.Methods Guided by the Outcome-Based Education concept,a framework for training cardiothoracic nurses was developed through literature review and group discussions.The Delphi method was employed in two rounds of expert consultations via letters,and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was utilized to determine the weights of the indicators.Results A total of 15 experts were consulted.The positive coefficient was 100.00%(＞70.00%),and the authority coefficient was 0.860(＞0.70).The cultivation program included 3 parts(cultivation objective,content,measure and evaluation)with a total of 91 indicators.The weight coefficient of the first-level index was 0.076～0.081,and the consis-tency ratio(CR)was less than 0.1.Conclusion The final training program has good reliability and practicality,with well-coordinated im-portance for each index,providing valuable reference for the training of military nurses in cardiothoracic surgery.
