Construct nursing quality evaluation index system of tertiary hospitals in Qinghai Province based on analytic hierarchy process

Abstract：Objective To construct nursing quality evaluation index system of tertiary hospitals in Qinghai Province.Methods By re-viewing domestic and foreign literature,guidelines,policies and standards,and based on the theory of Donabedian structure-process-outcome,the first draft of nursing quality evaluation indicators for tertiary hospitals in Qinghai Province was compiled.Delphi method and analytic hier-archy process were used to determine the indicators and weight of the system.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter inquiries were 100.00%and 85.19%,respectively.The authority coefficient,judgment coefficient and familiarity coefficient of the experts were 0.960,0.940 and 0.920,respectively.The Kendall's harmony coefficients of experts'opinions on the index items in the two rounds of con-sultation were 0.236 and 0.232,respectively.The final nursing quality evaluation index system for tertiary hospitals in Qinghai Province in-cluded 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 63 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed nursing quality evalua-tion index system of tertiary hospitals in Qinghai Province is scientific and reliable,which can provide a guiding basis for standardized evalua-tion of nursing quality in tertiary hospitals in Qinghai Province,and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
