Study on the current status and influencing factors of dyadic coping among high-risk pregnant women and their spouses

Abstract:Objective To investigate the dyadic coping status,that pregnant women are in high-risk pregnancies and their husbands,and to analyze the influencing factors for dyadic coping and the relationship between influencing factors from demographic factors,pregnancy stress,and other aspects.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for effective identification of focus objects,relevant research and for-mulation of intervention measures in clinical practice.Methods This study was a descriptive study.Convenience sampling method was used to select 106 high-risk pregnant women and their spouses from a third-class A hospital in Beijing from February 2022 to May 2023 as survey objects.General data questionnaire,dyadic coping questionnaire,pregnancy stress scale and self-efficacy scale were utilized for questionnaire survey.Results The binary coping score of high-risk pregnant women was(110.42±14.54),while the total score of binary coping score of spouses was(109.41±16.53).The total score for pregnancy pressure was(44.22±10.61),showing a negative correlation(r=-0.665,P<0.01).The total self-efficacy score was(26.63±5.94),showing a positive correlation(r=0.668,P<0.01).Multivariate linear regression analysis re-vealed that the education level of high-risk pregnant women,per capita monthly income,spouse's binary coping,and spouse's self-efficacy were the primary influencing factors on the binary coping of high-risk pregnant women(P<0.001).Conclusion The dyadic coping score of high-risk pregnant women is low,and the focus should be on population with low education and low monthly family income.By enhancing the self-efficacy of pregnant women and their partners,pregnancy stress can be alleviated,enabling them to maintain a good state during pregnancy.
