Summary of the best evidence on perioperative health education in patients with daytime anorectal surgery

Abstract：Objective To summarize the best evidence of perioperative health education for patients with daytime anorectal surgery,and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical practice.Methods In response to the issue of health education for patients undergoing daytime anal surgery,databases,guide website and professional associations were searched by computer from the establishment of the database to May 31,2023.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of literature and extracted evidence.Results A total of 11 literature were finally included,including 5 guidelines,4 expert consensus,1 clinical decision and 1 evidence-based practice,leading to the fomulation of 41 pieces of best evidence from the four aspects:pre-educational evaluation,educational object,educational strategy,educational opportuni-ty and content of perioperative health education.Conclusion The best evidence under the clinical situation and patient assessment can be chose to provide standardized and effective health education,meet the perioperative health education needs of patients with diurnal anorectal surgery,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
