The application study of O2O mode based on Smart Health in preventing falls of the elderly hypertensive patients

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of Online To Offline(O2O)model based on Smart Health in preventing falls of the elder-ly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 412 elderly patients with hypertension who met the criteria were selected and divided into con-trol group and intervention group by a half,with the control group received regular education,and the observation group received whole-process management and quality supervision by the health management group,effective integration of assessment of fall risk,production of popular science materials,establishment of special knowledge base,skillful use of information platform,development of multi-form training as-sessment,formulation of health plans,peer education,etc.It realized O2O mode intervention of the combination of the online resource sharing and the offline humanization service.The knowledge and health beliefs related to fall prevention,the incidence of falls were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The knowledge and health beliefs related to fall prevention of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of falls in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The O2O mode can help elderly patients with hypertension to rebuild the cognitive system,improve the knowledge and health beliefs related to fall prevention,reduce the incidence of falls.
