Application of SHOW mode in rehabilitation nursing of patients with limb movement disorder after stroke

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of SHOW mode in rehabilitation nursing of patients with limb movement disorder after stroke.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,a total of 217 patients with limb movement disorder after stroke were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given rehabilitation nursing by traditional feedback method,the inter-vention group received rehabilitation nursing by SHOW mode.The self-management ability,muscle strength of affected limb and self-care a-bility between two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the score of self-management ability,mus-cle strength of affected limb and self-care ability of patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion SHOW mode feedback rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the self-management ability(treatment com-pliance,behavior and life style),muscle strength and self-care ability in daily life in patients with limb movement disorders after by stroke,and has signigicant value in the clinical practice.
