Construction of the core competency index system of nursing and health service support in ultra-high altitude areas

Abstract:Objective Establish a scientific,practical,and comprehensive core competency index system of nursing and health service support in ultra-high altitude areas,so as to provide reference for the training of joint logistics support forces in the rescue of war wounded.Methods Based on the theoretical framework of medical service security,through literature research,theoretical analysis,interview research and other methods,30 experts were interviewed by using the Delphi expert consultation method.The results of the expert consultation were sta-tistically analyzed to determine the research index system.Results The recovery rate of the three rounds of expext letter inquiry questionaire was 100.00%,96.97%and 100.00%,and the expert authority coefficients were all above 0.80.The significance tests of expert opinion coordi-nation degree of Level Ⅰ,level Ⅱ,level Ⅲ index items were all P<0.05.The constructed index system included 3 Level Ⅰ indexes,9 Level Ⅱ in-dexes and 46 Level Ⅲ indexes.Conclusion Through literature analysis,interview and expert consultation,a scientific,rigorous and feasible nursing core health service support competency index system in ultra-high altitude areas based on medical service security is constructed,which can lay the foundation for the nursing training,organization and management of field medical centers in military hospitals.
