The application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine massage in percutaneous coronary interventional therapy of patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine massage in percutaneous coronary intervention of pa-tients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 352 patients were divided into observation group and control group by convenient sam-pling method.The control group received conventional coronary intervention care while the observation group received Traditional Chinese Medicine massage.Preoperative anxiety,blood pressure,heart rate,quality of life and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In observation group,patients' anxiety was significantly relieved after intervention(P＜0.01),and there was no change in blood pressure,heart rate and quality of life(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was significantly decreased after coronary intervention(P＜0.01).Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease treated by Tra-ditional Chinese Massage is safe and effective.Under the condition that the blood pressure and heart rate of patients are stable and the quality of life is not reduced,the preoperative anxiety of patients with coronary heart disease can be alleviated and the incidence of postoperative ad-verse events can be reduced.
