Abstract：It is an inevitable trend for the development of community nurses under the background of family doctor team construction under diversified development of elderly care services in the aging process of society,which is the requirement of our current time.In the stud-y,SWOT situation analysis was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of community nurses'development strate-gies under the background of family doctor team building,and development strategies such as rational allocation of human resources,sound in-centive mechanism,guarantee and supervision mechanism,and strengthening information platform construction were proposed based on institu-tional cooperation.To achieve the dynamic matching of community nurse service supply and demand under the background of community fami-ly doctor team construction,and realize the goal of diversified elderly care services.
