Abstract:Objective To explore the current situation and its influencing factors of social alienation of patients with pulmonary tuber-culosis,so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing intervention. Methods The convenient sampling method was used to survey 400 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in a tuberculosis special hospital in Chengdu,Sichuan Province. The questionnaires included general information questionnaire,General Alienation Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale-17.Results The scores of social alienation and depression were(40.38±6.10)and(19.89±4.59),respectively.Pearson correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis showed that the score of social al-ienation was significantly positively correlated with the score of depression.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, monthly in-come and depression level of tuberculosis patients were the influencing factors of their sense of social alienation(P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of social alienation of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is at a moderate to high level.Reducing medical burden, increasing social support and alleviating depression can improve the sense of social alienation.
