Abstract:Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of exercise rehabilitation training on children with congenital heart disease after surgery. Methods Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,Medline,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the effectiveness of exercise rehabilitation training on children with congenital heart disease. The limit-ed time was from the establishment of database to March 5,2023.Two trained researchers screened the literature, evaluated the quality and ex-tracted the data independently. The RevMan 5.4 was used to conduct Meta-analysis of relevant data. Results A total of 10 RCT studies invol-ving 550 patients were included. The Meta-analysis showed that the children with congenital heart disease who received exercise rehabilitation training after surgery had quality of life[MD=3.54,95%CI(1.12,5.96),P=0.004],shorter hospital time[MD=-3.90,95%CI(-5.01,-2.78),P<0.001],exercise capacity[MD= 53.02,95%CI(40.06,65.97),P<0.001],and the peak oxygen uptake[MD= 5.04,95%CI(2.39,7.69),P<0.001]in intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation training has positive significance for children with congenital heart disease, which can improve their quality of life, shorten the postoperative hospital time, increase exercise capacity and the peak oxygen uptake.
