Abstract:Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of"Internet+"continuous nursing on postoperative of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP Database were searched for randomized controlled trials on the effect of"Internet+"continuous nursing on postoperative patients with lumbar disc hernia-tion.The search time was from the establishment of the database to February 28,2023.Two researchers screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and used Cochrane evaluation tool to evaluate the quality of literature.RevMan 5.3 software was used to ana-lyze data. Results A total of 18 articles were included, with a total sample size of 1 633 cases.Meta-analysis showed that there were statisti-cally significant difference in lumbar dysfunction[WMD=-3.02,95%CI(-3.82,-2.22),P<0.001],lumbar function[WMD= 3.17,95%CI(2.79,3.55),P<0.001],exercise compliance[OR=5.31,95%CI(3.54,7.96),P<0.001],pain[WMD=-1.22,95%CI(-1.33,-1.11),P<0.001]and anxiety[WMD=-5.51,95%CI(-6.97,-4.06),P<0.001]between the two groups. However, there was no signifi-cant difference in self-care ability[SMD=0.83,95%CI(-0.04,1.69),P=0.060].Conclusion"Internet+"continuous nursing mode can improve the degree of lumbar dysfunction, lumbar function, exercise compliance, pain and anxiety of patients with lumbar disc herniation after surgery, but its effect on self-care ability is still uncertain.
