Abstract:Objective To explore the current status of job burnout of clinical nursing teachers and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide reference methods for further exploration of effective intervention measures. Methods From July to August 2020,a total of 219 clinical nursing teachers in three third-class hospitals in Guangzhou were investigated by general questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inven-tory(MBI),the Mindfulness in Teaching Scale(MIT),and Self-Efficacy Toward Teaching Inventory(SETTI).Results The mean score of MBI was(2.64±0.42).The mean score of MIT was(3.59±0.45).The mean score of SETTI was(3.53±0.71).The job burnout of clinical nursing teachers was significantly negatively correlated with teaching mindfulness and teaching efficacy(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed that interest in teaching work, teaching mindfulness and teaching efficacy were the independent influencing factors of job burnout. Conclusion The problem of clinical nursing teachers'burnout cannot be ignored.Nursing managers should cultivate clinical nursing teachers'interest in teaching work, formulate measures to improve teaching mindfulness and teaching effectiveness, prevent and alleviate their burnout,so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
