Abstract：The article summarized the concept of conversation agent and its application forms in chronic disease management,including chatbot,embodied conversational agent,and social robot.And summarized the research status of conversation agent in chronic disease manage-ment in recent years,including chronic disease screening,chronic disease monitoring,chronic disease treatment and health education,and ana-lyzed the challenges and suggestions faced by conversation agent,so as to provide reference for medical staff to implement conversation agent for patients with chronic diseases.
