The application progress of pressure ulcer assessment Scales in China

Abstract：In the paper, the formation, content, scoring criteria, reliability and validity, advantages and disadvantages of the scales were summarized, and the development trend of the scales was prospected, including constructing a pressure ulcer assessment scales suitable for Chinese, modifying scale according to the characteristics of Chinese population, promoting verification scale, establish a multidisciplinary monitoring system for pressure ulcers.
