Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of ＂nursing manager＂ model in head nurse operation management in private hospital. Methods The ＂nursing manager＂ model was set up,including established＂the head nurse＇s home＂,optimized the service process,the inte?gration of outpatient and inpatient service, and the application of the information platform of hospital operation management system. Results The＂nursing manager＂ model was widely appreciated by medical staff,and improve patient＇s satisfaction.Conclusion The＂nurs?ing manager＂ model is worth spreading in hospital.
