The research of behavioral operation management on chemotherapy medicine occupational prevention and protection of clinic nurses

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of behavior management professional training for nurses'chemotherapy occupational pro?tection in order to reduce the incidence of nurses'occupational chemotherapy exposure.Methods Analyzed the influencing factors of prophy?lactic behavior for medical staff's chemotherapy occupational exposure to established an intervention model for behavior management occupa?tional protection.In the same hospital,two groups of nurses were employed routine occupational intervention and behavior management occupa?tional intervention and the effect of them were evaluated.Results After intervention,the nurses in the intervention group scored higher than the control group in the occupational protection ability (P<0.01 or P<0.05),and in terms of goods and safety managementwere also higher than the control group.The differences had statistically significant on both parts.Conclusion The intervention model of behavior management occupational protection can effectively improve the self-protection ability of clinical nurses,thereby reducing the risk of occupational exposure to chemotherapy.
