Effect analysis of meticulous management on pediatrics nursing job performance in comprehensive hospitals

Abstract：Objective To explore the application and effect of meticulous management mode on pediatrics nursing job performance in comprehensive hospitals.Methods Based on the vertical performance management system of nursing department, a detailed management model was constructed,in which the distribution of pediatric performance was assessed by nursing hours,workload,quality of work,income and cost.Results Compared with previous results,the total number of monthly average nursing bonus,the total score of nursing quality examina?tion,the number of sick leave and leaving the post,as well as the satisfaction rate of parents to nursing work and the satisfaction rate of nurs?ing students to teaching were all increased (P＜0.01).Conclusion The performance evaluation under the meticulous management mode em?bodies the principle of distribution according to work,which is helpful for eliminating the sense of job burnout among pediatric nurses,impro?ving their working enthusiasm,and nursing quality continuously,then the satisfaction rate increase also.
