Research on the current situation and influencing factors of nursing intern＇s humanistic care abilities

Abstract：Objective To investigate the current situation of nursing intern＇s humanistic care ability and explore its influencing factors, in order to provide enlightenment for nursing educators and provide reference for training to improvenursing intern＇s humanistic care ability. Methods The general information questionnaire and nursing intern＇Humanistic Care Scale was used to investigate 248 nursing interns in two 3A－level hospitals in Xinjiang.Results The total score of nursing intern＇s humanistic care ability was (70.79±8.91) at a moderate level.The main influencing factors of humanistic care ability were education background,the relationship with the parents,teacher relationship,nursing professional attitude,practice environment evaluation,whether received humane care education and the cause of choosing nursing profession. Conclusion Nursing intern＇humanistic care ability should be improved in clinical practicing.The hospital should adopt relevant strategy to provide theoretical reference for humanistic care ability cultivation in the future.
