The operational model and its practice of learning nursing team

Abstract：Objective To establish the operational model of learning nursing team and summarize its practical experience. Methods According to the purpose sampling principle to select nurses in one Shanghai 3A－level hospital interviewees.Using the grounded theory to establish the operational model of learning nursing team.Results The operational model included diagnosing,planning,learning, consolidation,application,feedback and one support system.After running,there were significant improvement in the quantity of published pa?pers,bachelor and master＇s proportion,newly obtained specialist nurses＇certificates,passing rate of nursing theory and operation assessment, nursing rules and regulations and patient satisfaction rises than before.Conclusion The operating model of learning nursing team provided a tool for continuous improvement and a systematic enforcement framework for the learning process,which can improve nurses＇ability and en?hance comprehensive nursing quality.
