Thoughts on developing nursing staff's humanistic care abilities through life education

Abstract：The humanistic care qualities of nursing staff can not only help keep their physical and mental health,but also maintain their professional enthusiasm.They can also help patients and their families through the period of difficulties and disorders,as well as improve the o-verall quality of medical care.The article analyzes four aspects that nursing staff face in the practice of nursing:the challenge of human signifi-cance,the challenge of life and death,the challenge of ethical choice,and the challenge of ideals and reality.Challenges should be cultivated from the following aspects:human freedom and dignity,settling in impermanence,thinking and value choice,and cultivation of spiritual care.
