Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in preventing abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in prevention of abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods On the basis of routine rehabilitation of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine was implemented,namely using acupoint sticking,Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation and oral Chinese medicine.The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension and rehabilitation were observed in both groups.Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension decreased.The bowel sound recovery time,the anus exhaust time,defecation time,the bed activity time and the hospitalization time were shortened (P＜0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively prevent the incidence of abdominal distension,and effectively promote the rapid recovery of patients,and it is safe,effective and worthy of clinical application.
