Research status of patient participation in hand hygiene

Abstract：The paper introduced the present situation of hand hygiene of medical staff at home and abroad,summarized the willingness and ways of patients to participate in hand hygiene,and summarized the influencing factors of patients' participation in hand hygiene from the aspects of medical personnel,patients and their families.It was suggested to establish a patient safety culture to support patient participation and to encourage patients and their families to actively participate in clinical treatment.On the basis,the prospect of patient participation in hand hygiene research in China.
