Abstract：Objective To investigate the health status and influencing factors of nursing staff.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on health status,work stress and job satisfaction among 1 289 nurses from six 3A-level hospitals in Beijing.Results The health status of nursing staff was poor,average sleep time every day,work stress and work satisfaction were the influencing factors of the health in nursing staff.Conclusion The health status of nursing staff is influenced by average sleep time every day,work stress and work satisfaction.It is improtant to pay close attention to improve work environment,management level and salary level.
