Abstract：Objective To investigate the relationship among stressor,coping style and anxiety situation of infectious disease nursing.Method Totally,150 nurses from infectious diseases department in 4 tertiary hospitals were selected to investigate through Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Nurse Job Stressor Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire.Results Anxiety trend of nurses who working in infectious diseases department was 38.00％,anxiety score was significantly higher than the norm (P＜0.01).There were significant positive correlations between nursing profession and work,workload and time management,working environment and resources,management and interpersonal relationships,negative coping style and anxiety (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).There were significant negative correlation between positive coping style and anxiety scores (P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of anxiety was higher among nurses in department of infectious diseases,nursing managers should try best to control the stressors of nurses and change their coping strategies,reduce their psychological pressure,promote and improve the physical and mental health of nursing staff.
