Abstract:Objective To explore the psychological experiences of self-perceived burden in young breast cancer patients during the chemotherapy,to provide reasonable basis for the development of nursing interventions in young breast cancer patients.Methods Deeply interview was used to collected data from fifteen young breast cancer patients with self-perceived burden scale over 20 points during chemotherapy.The data was analyzed by Colaizzi research method.Results The main psychological experiences of self-perceived burden during the period of chemotherapy in young breast cancer patients could be categorized into four themes:Significant negative features,serious symptoms,lack of family role and loss of self-value.Conclusion The clinical nurses should understand and follow closely the self-perceived of the patients,implement the individual nursing interventions,reduce the self-perceived burden of the patients,and promote their active treatment,so as to improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life.
