Reference to American certified diabetes educators' cultivation mode for our country

Abstract：The article presented an introduction about the cultivation mode of American certified diabetes educators,included qualification certification,practice content,professional competence evaluation,and summarized the current training status of the domestic diabetes specialist nurses or certified diabetes educators in our country,then analyzed and provided suggestions about training methods,post setting and professional competence evaluation,hoped to improve the training of clinical nurse specialists.
