Abstract：The paper introduced the English nursing management mode including the model of nursing management,structure and qual?ification of nursing staff and detailed working content.Based on the concept of human-oriented,it put forward some suggestions to improve the level of nursing management in China,included deepen the concept of humanistic care,improve the model of nursing mangement and develop nursing leadership.
