The skin care in perioperative period for type-2 diabetes with overweight partly soft tissue necrosis

Abstract：Objective To explore the perioperative period nursing management measures of type-2 diabetes patients with overweight partly soft tissue necrosis,provide reference for accelerating patients'recovery.Methods Completely evaluated the type-2 diabetes patients with overweight partly soft tissue necrosis,made management plan of perioperative period,including 6 parts of closely observed illness condi?tion,completed pre-operation preparation,details wound treatment,increase normal skin care,positive mentally counseling,proper diet men?tor.Results It was good of patients'wound recovery,there was no normal skin damaged relevant complication in the hospital,the treatment effect seemed satisfied.Conclusion For type-2 diabetes patients with overweight partly soft tissue necrosis,making targeted,completed nurs?ing plan could effectively promote patients'recovery to avoid the occurrence of different kinds of complications.
