The effect of using smart phone health management software of diet intervention on diabetic patients

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of diet intervention on diabetic patients by using the health management software in smart phones.Methods Picked up 280 hospitalized diabetic patients from March to December in 2015,according to the using statue of smart phone that divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given conventional diet education,the observation group was given diet instruct and inference proceed in an orderly way and step by step that based on their smart phone application software,and also given sat?isfaction survey of two groups on health content and health education before discharge.Results The degree of mastering education knowledge and health education satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference had statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion By using the combination of traditional diet guidance with the health management software on smart phone to inter?vene the diabetic patients,it could enhance the mastering level of relevant diet knowledge and satisfaction of health education.
