The application of"regulate intestinal and laxative gong"in the constipation patients of diabetic nephropathy with the Yin de-ficiency and dryness heat

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of"regulate intestinal and laxative gong" in the constipation patients of diabetic nephropathy with the Yin deficiency and dryness heat.Methods Totally,40 patients with diabetic nephropathy Yin scorching constipation received"regu?late intestinal and laxative gong" intervention,including Fenfu Yinyang,Shunfu Mochang,Tuichang Dangqi and acupoint once daily.Then compared the self-assessment of symptom,bowel sounds,defecation before and after 3 day of intervention by patient assessment of constipa?tion.Results The defecation situation were improved after intervention,the number of peristalsis in patients after each intervention were high?er than before(P<0.01),about 90.00%(n=36)of patients had defecate.Conclusion The effect of"regulate intestinal and laxative gong"were benefit for constipation patients of diabetic nephropathy with the Yin deficiency and dryness heat,it is worthy of clinical application.
