Investigation of hospital infection management and disinfection in 65 medical institutions of Urumqi

Abstract：Objective To investigate the status of hospital infection management and disinfection in Urumqi,so as to improve the hos?pital infection management level.Methods The hospital infection management staff in 65 hospitals were investigated,and examimate the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of Urumqi city. Results A total of 70 medical staff joined the investigated,with women (91.43%)and nurse(80.00%),32.86% of them were unqualified in hospital infection management.The mean score of hospital infection management were(70.32 ± 12.55),the general qualification rate of disinfection was 96.92%.Conclusion The hospital infection control should be improved,supervision and professional team in hospital infection management in Urumqi city should be strengthened.
