The application of the 4-class quality control management system in anesthesia nursing

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of the 4-class quality control management system in anesthesia nursing. Methods Under the anesthesiology director and the head nurse,to establish the 4-class quality control management system of"anesthesia department director-head nurse-team leader-quality team" and formulate statistical indicators including postoperative complications,quality of anesthesia nursing and nursing quality satisfaction,compare the level of anesthesia nursing quality within a year before and after the imple?mentation.Results After the application of quality control management,the total of postoperative complications was obviously reduced (P<0.01 or P<0.05),the indicators of anesthesia nursing quality were improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05)and patients and anesthesiologists'sat?isfaction towards nursing quality were enhanced obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion The 4-class quality control management model can not on?ly promote specific anesthesia nursing management level,but also effectively improve nursing quality.And to some extent,it can perfect rela?tionship between physician and patient,which is worth promoting in clinic.
