Abstract：The incidence of Post-Intensive Care syndrome was increasing year by year,which negative effects on patients and their fam?ilies were becoming prominent.It was particularly important to early screen and accurately diagnosis Post-Intensive Care syndrome in order to timely discovery Post-Intensive Care syndrome and conduct targeted treatment.The article summarized that common tools' research back?ground,evaluation methods,scope of application,clinical application status and the merits and demerits,which aspects included cognition, psychology and physiology,so as to develop Chinese characteristic assessment tools of Post-Intensive Care syndrome.
