Abstract：The article summarized the current research status on the early warning score system of pregnant women in abroad and pres?ented Chinese future research directions on the basis,which including to establish localized early warning assessment tool of pregnant women based on the evidence-based and clinical data analysis,to define the warning trigger mechanism and standard its function process,to integrate risk forecasting with the nursing information platform,to establish the rapid response team of multidisciplinary collaboration obstetric and train professional and team-working capabilities,so as to provide reference for Chinese nursing research and clinical practice.
