Clinic application of wound quality management for patients with breast cancer

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of wound quality management for patients with breast cancer. Method A total of 320 breast cancer patients were divided into observation group(n=160)and control group(n=160).The control group received routine nursing,the observation group were given wound quality management,including organize wound quality management group,observe drainage of the tube,prevent subcutaneous hydrops,guide patients to get up with healthy side,conduct psychological intervention and dietary interven?tion.Results The incident of obstructed drainage tube,subcutaneous hydrops and unhealing wound in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05), the nursing quality and patients satisfaction incontrol group were increased(P<0.01). Conclusion The application of wound quality management for patients with breast cancer can improve the efficiency of drainage tube,pro?vide high-quality specialty nursing,deepen the content quality care,promote the quality of nursing service,It is worthy for spreading.
