The design and application of emergency clinical information system

Abstract：Objective To explore the design and application of emergency clinical information system.Methods The emergency clini-cal information system and the triage system were built and the accuracy was checked.Then patients' satisfaction was investigated and the pro-cessing time was compared.Results After using the emergency clinical information system,the accuracyrate of emergency triage increased significantly from 87.25％ to 95.84％(P<0.01)and the accuracy rate of critical patients reached 99.00％,which shorten processing time of e-mergency triage.Emergency treatment time for green channel patients with trauma,chest pain and stroke reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion E-mergency clinical information system can keep patients' basic information intactly and accurately as well,automatic assess and classify dis-ease,which is a new management mode of modern nursing management to realize the sharing of resources with other departments,decreases nursing workload,raises work efficiency and shortens the processing time of emergency treatment for critical patients.
