Research progress of hospital nursing performance evaluation

Abstract：The article summarized the current domestic and international common performance appraisal index methods from two as-pects of nursing team and nursing staff,and summarized four commonly used nursing performance evaluation methods included key perform-ance indicators,balanced scorecard,360 degree feedback method and scale evaluation method.The article pointed out the need to improve the perfection of the current stage,and put forward to the prospect of hospital nursing performance evaluation in our country.It is suggested to set up the index database to formulate the uniform standard,perfect the information infrastructure construction to share the resources and find out their own position to choose the correct evaluation method.
