Construction of nursing outcomes and indexes in patients with thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer during perioperative period

Abstract：Objective To select out suitable nursing outcomes and indexes in patients with thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resec-tion of esophageal cancer during perioperative period.Methods Under the framework of omaha system and content of nursing outcomes classifi-cation,the nursing outcomes and indexes were identified after literature reviewing,clinical survey,research group discussion and Delphi consul-tation.Results A total of 17 nursing outcomes and 47 indexes were constructed to evaluate patients through Delphi consultation. Conclusion The establishment of nursing outcomes and indexes in patients with thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer during perioperative period is scientific and practical,which provides reference standard for clinical nurses to evaluate the nursing effect.
