Analysis of the anxiety status and influencing factors of pregnant women with second pregnancy in late pregnancy

Abstract：Objective To investigate the anxiety status and influencing factors of pregnant women with second pregnancy in late preg-nancy.Methods A total of 441 pregnant women with second pregnancy were investigated by general information questionnaire,Self -Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results The incidence rate of anxiety in late pregnancy of second pregnancy was 9.75％ which influencing factors included pregnancy complications,gender expectations of the fetus,relationship with parents in law, sleeping status and the subjective support.Conclusion Pregnant women with second pregnancy had anxiety.We should strengthen the prena-tal psychological care according to their anxiety status and influencing factors,to help pregnant women get through the pregnancy smoothly.
