Abstract：Objective To explore the surv ival of patients in general ward with the Rapid Response Team(RRT) Methods The RRT was established with the modified early warning score(MEWS),RRT union the emergency medical team and enhanced quality control.Results After the 1 year implementation of RRT,the rate of serring up emergencymedical team decreased (P ＜ 0.05),and non-planed ICU admission rate was lower than before (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The RRT ean improve the discern and respond ability for medical staff,reduce the rate of cardiae and respiratory arrest patients in general ward and the non-planed ICU admission.
