The running mode and nursing security management of the daytime of breast chemotherapy ward

Abstract：Objective To explore the running mode and nursing security management of the breast chemotherapy ward.Methods The nursing security management method included built daytime breast chemotherapy ward,establish daytime chemotherapy mode,and optimized and improved them,implemented nursing risk security management for the security hidden dangers on daytime breast chemotherapy ward and evaluated nursing quality related indicators before and after implementation.Results The nursing defect rate and quality of nursing work after nursing safety management in day ward improved than before (P ＜ 0.0 l).Conclusion The establishment of breast daytime ward is practical,the nursing risk management is active and effective,which is beneficial to the rational allocation of hospital resources and improve the quality of care.
