The study of risk management in patients with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of risk management in patients with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.Methods A total of 65 patients with secondary hemophagocytic lymphoid tissue hyperplasia were selected from January 2009 to June 2015,and the patients were divided ioto control group (n =30) and the intervention group (n =35).The control group was given routine hyperthermia,drug and prevention of bleeding care.On the basis of routine nursing,The intervention group were implemented risk assessment,the development of hemophagocytic lymphoid tissue cell proliferation related knowledge training program,the establishment of risk early warning mechanism to build the key observation of the disease risk management.Results After implementing risk management,the iocidence of nursing accidents and disputes in patients with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis were lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05),the patient satisfaction was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Risk management can reduce the incidence of nursing accidents and nursing dispotes among patients with secondary lymphocyte hyperplasia and improve patient satisfaction.
